Kindergarten teacher needed for the Micha Rehabilitation Day Care Center in Haifa

Job Description

Treatment and rehabilitation of young children with hearing impairments and deafness. Leading the daycare class and staff team.

Developing classroom and individualized rehabilitation programs.

Continuous communication with parents, participation in multidisciplinary team meetings, training sessions, and sign language classes.

Job Requirements

  • Love and warm approach to children   

  • Bachelor's degree in Education - Required (advantage for those with a degree in special education specializing in hearing impairments)

  • Experience in team leadership –  Advantage

  • Basic knowledge of Israeli Sign Language - Advantage  

  • High motivation

Job Scope

The daycare center operates in the morning, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Occupational therapist needed for the Micha Rehabilitation Day Care Center in Haifa

Job Description

Treatment of young children with severe hearing impairment and deafness.

Work in a multidisciplinary team. Close guidance and supervision from a senior occupational therapist.

  • Interactive activities for children/parents/staff

  • Guest lectures

  • Enrichment activities (workshops) 

Or a continuous volunteer option​:

  • Individual or group mentoring within the daycare center 

  • Marketing assistance (website, social media, graphic design, and content creation)

  • Administrative assistance
